It gives me great pride to welcome all participants to Chit-Utsav AIU's 39th Inter-University North Zone Youth Festival 2025-2026 (UNIFEST). Youth festivals play an important role in shaping individuals who are confident, responsible, and committed to excellence. They offer young people the chance to test their abilities, learn from one another, and develop the clarity required to move forward in life.
At Chitkara University we believe that education must prepare , students to think deeply, work sincerely, and approach every task with discipline. Events like Chit-Utsav strengthen these qualities. They help students understand that real growth comes from focus, consistency, and the willingness to challenge their own limits.
Every university that joins us contributes to a rich environment of learning. I encourage each participant to use this platform to refine their skills, to observe with intention, and to take pride in the effort that has brought them here. The name Chitkara carries a meaning that is close to my heart. Chit means ‘mann’ and Kara means ‘Karya’. It reminds us that the most meaningful work is the work done with sincerity, truth, and commitment. Chit Utsav is a reflection of this belief. Every performance, every expression, and every effort here is shaped by honesty and by heart.
When students come together with openness and enthusiasm, something beautiful happens. They learn from one another, they share their stories, and they begin to see the world with wider eyes. Festivals like Chit-Utsav hold the power to create friendships, broaden understanding, and inspire young people to believe in their own potential.
