There will be a written preliminary round, and teams will be selected for the final.
The finals will be oral and include audio-visual questions.
Specific rules regarding the evaluation procedure, time allowed to answer each question,
and the types of rounds will be provided before the start of the competition.
The Quiz Master’s decisions in all respects, including question types, rounds,
marking scheme, tie-breaking mechanisms, and any other related matters,
shall be final and binding.
