Paper Instructions

Conference Publication

One of the NCASM-20 proceedings will be published by AIP (American Institute of Physics) conference proceedings. The Proceeding will have a Volume number, ISBN, ISSN, and will be registered with the Library of Congress.

AIP Conference Proceedings are indexed in a number of services, including these leading databases :-

  • The Conference Proceedings Citation Index (part of Web of Science),
  • Scopus (Elsevier),
  • Inspec,
  • Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS),
  • Astrophysics Data System (ADS),
  • UGC-CARE List (Group A).

NCASM – 20 proceedings will also publish its own proceedings in book format with ISBN number which included only abstracts. You can choose any option for your paper publication. The registration fee is applicable as per your choice of publication.

Abstract/Full Paper Submission

You need to 'SIGN UP' at the conference website to submit Abstract/Full paper. Please use the templates available at the DOWNLOAD Section of the conference website to prepare Abstract/Full paper. The Microsoft Word (DOC) files of full paper and abstract and a PDF version of the full paper have to be uploaded at the website via user account. Please remove the name and affiliation of the authors in the PDF version of the full paper as it would be used for the refereeing purpose.

The length of the full paper will be minimum 2 pages and maximum 6 pages for contributed papers, and up to 8 pages for the invited talks. Invited paper will not be published in AIP.

Plagiarism is the unethical practice of using words or ideas (either planned or accidental) of another worker or your own previous works without proper acknowledgment. Considered as a serious academic and intellectual offense, plagiarism can result in highly negative consequences such as paper retractions and loss of author credibility and reputation. Authors are requested to remove the plagiarism as per guidelines available in DOWNLOAD SECTION prior to the submission of full-length paper

Please note that papers given in the proper format only will be considered for further review and hence submit your valuable scientific work in the proper format.

Copyright Transfer Form

Soft copy of the copyright form will be available on the conference website in the DOWNLOAD section. Take print out and fill all entries (Sample copyright will be available on site). Upload PDF copy of copyright form through User Account. Filled and signed copyright form must be sent via mail at ncasm_20@chitkara.edu.in till 30 August, 2020.
