*Note: All approved and registered abstracts for this conference will be encouraged to submit in the Special/Regular Issues of the Conference.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

As per the UGC guidelines, it is mandated to have similarity below 10% (14 words). Whereas our publishing policy is to limit AI/LLM-generated content thus it should also be below 20%. Additionally, it must be stated in the acknowledgement section for what reason an AI tool is being used.

Author Checklist

The checklist is based on the journal that the author chose for their publication of papers
  • The structure of the manuscript should be in standard format (Include Title, Author’s Name, Affiliations, Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement, Conflict of Interest, Declaration of Interest, and References)
  • The length of full paper should be as per the journal chosen
  • There are no spelling or grammar errors
  • References are in the correct format & as per the guidelines of the journals
  • All references mentioned in the reference list are cited in the text, and vice versa

Peer Review Policy

Instructions for peer review

The peer-reviewed manuscripts have been classified into three screening stages. During the screening, the reviewer must focus on the originality and novelty of the manuscript. The article should possess scientific soundness and industrial significance with good quality presentation.

First stage Screening

  • Submitted papers must correspond to one of the topics of the conference
  • The paper should not have an Incomplete Structure
  • Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, and AI content check using Turnitin software
  • Quality of tables or figures as per the publication standards
  • Spelling or grammar errors
  • Declaration from the corresponding author that he/she has obtained the consent of all the co-authors before including their names in the paper

Second stage Screening

  • The paper will be reviewed by following the conference peer review policy.
  • Revisions may be requested during the review process.
  • The second peer review may be requested after major/minor revision.
  • The final decisions of acceptance or rejection are made by the Chair

Final/Third stage screening

  • The organizer chair would affirm that the publication ethics & guidelines have been followed before making the final decision.

Accepted

  • The paper is accepted and does not need further modification.

Accept with minor revisions

  • The paper will be accepted after minor revisions. In such a case, the revised paper will only be reviewed by the Chair.

Re-evaluate with major revisions

  • The paper will be sent to be reviewed by the original reviewers (unless they opt out) or assessed by the Chair.

Rejected

  • The paper will not be accepted due to major deficiencies. And it is not recommended to be resubmitted.

Revision

  • Authors must revise their papers within the allowed time. Manuscripts with major revisions will be sent to original reviewers for the second-round review. Manuscripts with minor revisions will usually be reviewed by the Chair. The final decision will be made by the Chair after careful and unbiased assessment.

Rights of The Conference Organizer (CO)

  • The Conference Organizer (CO) is solely responsible for assigning papers/abstracts for review.
  • The CO will make the final decision on whether to accept or reject the paper/abstract based entirely on the remarks of the reviewers.
  • The CO has complete control over the conference's technical program and the scheduling of abstracts for oral presentations.
  • The CO reserves the right to post details of the accepted abstract/paper (as well as author information) on the conference website and any related forums maintained by the CO.
  • The CO will have complete power over any dates linked with the conference, including but not limited to paper/abstract submission dates, results announcement dates, conference dates, and so on.
  • Even after the abstracts have been accepted and presented at the conference, if some camera-ready papers do not meet the quality standards in terms of technical content, English language, presentation, and manuscript formatting as specified in the guidelines, CO /publisher/editors in the journals/books reserve the right not to include such papers.
  • The CO will freely utilize photographs and films taken during the meeting in a variety of forums. By participating in the conference, authors/delegates automatically grant the CO permission to use images and videos made during the conference.

Withdrawing Paper from The Conference

  • Authors shall not withdraw their abstracts/papers from the conference once they have been approved for oral presentation.
  • If an author needs to withdraw his/her abstract/paper from the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, he/she must obtain prior authorization from the CO and provide adequate reasoning.
  • Withdrawing an abstract/paper from a peer-reviewed conference without first obtaining permission from the CO is considered a violation of the publication ethics of a peer-reviewed

No-Show Papers/Abstracts

  • Acceptance and payment of the full registration fee by the author.
  • No-show papers/abstracts will not be published

Financial Obligations

  • CO is not obligated to return the registration cost for no-show papers/abstracts.
  • If an author withdraws his/her paper/abstract after paying the registration fee, CO is not obligated to reimburse the registration cost.
  • If any accepted paper/abstract is removed owing to quality difficulties, CO is not obligated to reimburse the fee.
