Candidates must qualify one of the two sets of criteria given below to be eligible for admission.
- B.Sc degree in Life Sciences / Biology / Pharmacy / Zoology / Biochemistry / Basic Sciences / Veterinary Sciences OR equivalent OR Bachelor in Medicine / AYUSH (Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy) / Allied Healthcare / Medical Technology OR equivalent as decided by the competent authority from a recognised University / Institution of National Importance with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
M.Sc in Clinical Embryology
The M.Sc in Clinical Embryology program, offered in partnership with Neelam Hospital, Punjab, provides comprehensive theoretical, practical, and clinical training in assisted reproductive technology across four semesters. It equips students with a profound understanding of male and female reproductive systems, laboratory expertise, and critical communication skills. The program prioritises ethical principles and nurtures professional responsibility in the field.
As part of the program, students participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences alongside industry experts, enabling them to showcase their work and expand their knowledge base. The clinical training component involves internships at Neelam Hospital, providing students with valuable hands-on experience. By the end of the program, students are equipped with the practical skills required to work as proficient embryologists. The program aligns with international standards, UGC regulations, the Assisted Reproductive Regulation Act (2021), and the National Education Policy 2020.
