By submitting papers to ISCCSC-2025, authors are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of the conference.
ISCCSC-2025 adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all appropriate measures to prevent publication misconduct. This Conference is devoted to sustaining high standards through rigorous peer review and strong ethical procedures. Editors should handle any violations of professional ethical rules, such as plagiarism, fraudulent data use, or fake claims of authorship, very seriously and with zero tolerance. The submitted manuscript must not have been previously published in any manner and is not presently being considered for publication anywhere. ISCCSC-2025 adheres to the COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics- https://publicationethics.org/guidance/Guidelines) guidelines when evaluating the suitability of submitted manuscripts for publication in the conference.
When you submit a manuscript through the CMT portal, the system automatically sends an acknowledgement email to the author. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact the editorial assistant and Conference Chair at isccsc2024@chitkara.edu.in. The maximum page limit for each manuscript is 10-15 pages
Papers should be submitted for double blind review i.e. authors will not add their names and affiliations in the manuscript. Topic of manuscript must align with conference's aim and scope. Then, the similarity rate /AI checking will be done. Manuscripts out of topic or plagiarism will be rejected.
Plagiarism PolicyUGC guidelines state that it must have less than 10% similarity for every manuscript.
AI PolicyInstitutional publishing policy limits the amount of content generated by AI/LLM to 20%. Furthermore; the acknowledgement section must clarify the aim of using an AI tool.
*All authors have checked the manuscript for plagiarism/AI and declare that the manuscript is plagiarism/AI content free. However, in future if any one reports/complains about plagiarized /AI part or text in the manuscript, authors will be responsible for the action (retraction) taken by the Organizing Committee/publisher
Disclosure InstructionsAuthors must disclose the use of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies in the writing process by including a statement at the conclusion of the primary manuscript file, before the References section. The declaration should be moved to a new section headed 'Declaration of Generative AI and AI-Assisted Technologies in the Writing Process'.
Statement: During the creation of this work, the author(s) used [NAME TOOL] to [REASON]. After utilizing this tool/service, the author(s) read and edited the text as needed, and they assume full responsibility for the publication's content.
This declaration does not include the use of basic grammar, spelling, and reference checkers. If there is nothing to disclose, there is no need to include.
Each paper will be examined by at least 2-3 experts in related fields, including one editorial staff member and one to three external reviewers following the double blind review process. The screening procedure takes roughly one to two weeks.
The review results are based on the suggestions made by the reviewers. If reviewers disagree on a manuscript, the editor will make a fair conclusion based on all comments, or a second round of peer review may be launched.
The decision of Conference chair will be treated as final in any matter.
