DELCON is IEEE Delhi section owned conference and the maiden edition of this conference was successfully organized in 2022. IEEE Delhi Section is one of the 13 sections in India coming under Asia-Pacific Region (the Region 10 of IEEE). At present it covers entire northern part of the country consisting of the four states of Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Union Territories of Chandigarh, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh.

DELCON 2022 was organized by NSUT, New Delhi and it witnessed participation of a large number of researchers and industry professionals from all over the world.

This year, DELCON will be organized by Chitkara University, Punjab, India. Chitkara University has earned a reputation of organizing state of the art international conferences. Some of the engineering conferences organized by Chitkara University include – 7 editions of WECON, 2 editions of ICAN, ACM COMPUTE 2018, ICTIEE 2019, VDAT 2010 etc.
