Chitkara Business School is pleased to announce a One Week Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Assurance of Learning for Academic Impact through NEP and OBE”, scheduled from 15th – 19th December, 2025. This program is designed to build faculty capacity in implementing the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) with a focus on strengthening teaching–learning practices and achieving measurable academic impact.
The FDP will encompass sessions on curriculum design and mapping, innovative pedagogy, interactive and experiential learning, technology-enabled teaching, accreditation frameworks, and continuous improvement practices. Special emphasis will be placed on aligning institutional outcomes with national and global benchmarks to ensure quality and accountability in higher education.
The program is open to academic administrators, faculty members, teacher educators, and instructional designers. Participants will receive a Certificate of Participation upon completion.
