Submission and Content
  • Format: Posters must be submitted as physical copies. High-quality printing is essential for optimal visibility.
  • Scope: Poster content should align with the conference theme and can include theoretical frameworks, educational methodologies, or research findings.
Poster Specifications
  • Dimensions: Posters must adhere to the standard size of 36 inches by 24 inches.
Recognition and Author Information
  • Participation: All registered authors will receive a certificate of participation in recognition of their contribution to the conference.
  • Author Details: Clearly indicate the names and affiliations of all authors directly below the poster title for proper attribution and networking opportunities.
  • Recognition: Winners will be honoured during the conference's closing ceremony and will receive a certificate of achievement.
ORAL PRESENTATION
Presentation Guidelines
  • Time Allotment: Each presenter will have a strict 10-minute time limit for their oral presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
  • Time Management: To ensure adherence to the schedule, presenters are strongly encouraged to practice their presentations beforehand.
Awards and Recognition
  • Best Paper Awards: Outstanding presentations will be recognized with Best Paper Awards in three categories: Oral Presentations, Case Studies, and Poster Presentations.
  • Recognition: Winners will be honoured during the conference's closing ceremony and will receive a certificate of achievement.
