Mechanical Engineering 2004-2008 batch and is presently working as a production manager with Metso Minerals at Alwar in Rajasthan. Beside his regular work with Metso, he runs a motorbike club with the name “Royal Thunderers’ Club” and owns a travel venture in Rajasthan with the name “Weekend Adventure India”.

He believes in “Riding for a cause” and following this belief, he has been to Ladakh , K2K (Kashmir to Kanyakumari), Nepal, Rajasthan, and did the highest altitude mountain pass in the world, the Mana Pass, as a solo ride and explored one of the toughest passes of the world, which is called by SACHPASS.

Every time Harkaran takes up a ride with his group, it bears a cause. Ride for orphan kids, respect soldiers, follow safety rules, save the girl child and educate them are some of the causes. Every year he rides with his rider friends to collect food, clothes, toys and donate them to orphans. Harkaran has been recently selected one of the top 10 motorbikers of India to work with Unicef, World Vision India and DBBR to join the campaign “KNOW HUNGER RIDE”. He personally wants to thank Chitkara staff, CAN and Dr Madhu Chitkara for inviting them to the campus and flag off their group’s ride with the cause “Kashmir to Kanyakumari “.
