Portable Grain and Paddy Drying Machine with Patented Technology

Designed to remove the moisture content in harvested grains in the fields itself, this portable machine features vibrating plates that are controlled by a Cam mechanism and a heating chamber. The operation of the machine is controlled by a PLC controller.

The technology, which is patented and is currently at TRL7 is available in different grain-processing capacities. Three 250 W motors are used to control the vibrating plates and six heating rods are deployed to achieve the desired temperature in the current model, which has a processing capacity of 20 Kg/hour.
