UV Rakshak

A product which is an outcome of the COVID-19 related problems has been developed for automatic sanitization of the wards of the hospitals using UV-C radiations. UV Rakshak is an autonomous machine that uses UV-C radiations to kill germs and viruses at a rate of 12000 sq. ft/hr is controlled using a mobile app. The latest prototype at TRL5 that has been deployed in a hospital features six 30W UV-C lamps and a battery life of three hours.
