BhuGoal- Weather Prediction Device

BhuGoal is a device that predicts weather at local level with the help of dish TV signals. It is a node device that is installed between a dish TV antenna and set-top box and is mounted on a pole in real environmental conditions. Data from standalone BhuGoal nodes is transferred to the computation and storage servers. Weather information is obtained from as many as 10 BhuGoal nodes installed within every 5 km2 radius and this information is used to predict the local weather. This patented technology is at TRL7.
