Our Services
CNC Machining
Experience precision and efficiency with our full-service CNC machine shop. Backed by expertise and cutting-edge technology, we excel in milling and turning, boring, and facing operations. We have a 3-axis Vertical Milling Machine that can withstand job weight of upto 680 Kg and can accommodate 20 tools. It has a table size of 762 x 406 mm, and its movements in the X, Y and Z directions are 660, 406, and 508 mm, respectively.
Rapid Prototyping
Thanks to our advanced CO2 laser cutting technology (volume 1.62 m2) and high-precision FDM 3D printers, we help innovators create their prototype swifty, efficiently and accurately. Our printers have large volumes of upto 112.5 cm3 (45 X 50 X 50 cm), offer dual color printing and supports PLA and PLA+ materials. Similarly, our laser cutting machines have working area of 1800 x 900 mm and they work with a variety of materials, including plywood, acrylic, cardboard, HMDF, leather, and mica.
Metal Forming
Our facility offers proficient sheet metal bending services. The hydraulic power press has a versatile range of bending capabilities with accuracy, from V bending to air bending, allowing you to create intricate shapes with ease on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. For sheet bending, we have a bed size of 900 x 450 mm and a 90-degree bending die. Also, experience the power of advanced technology at our facility, where we harness the heat of an industrial-grade furnace (upto 1200oC) to seamlessly melt and process aluminium for high-quality sand casting.
3D Designing and Scanning
Our expertise with 3D designing is unparalleled. Whether you require intricate 3D part designs, assembly design, drawings & drafting having challenging specifications, our experienced team is dedicated to deliver exceptional results that meet your expectations. Additionally, we offer 3D scanning services for reverse engineering. Our 3D scanner has a scan area of 10 x 10 cm.
Surface Coatings
Our facility is equipped with the state-of-the-art metal spray gun setup. The metal spray gun is capable of melting aluminium at 600oC and covers 9 cm2 area from the distance of 1 feet from the workpiece. Additionally, we have a sand blasting machine in our facility to clean the workpiece with sand particles in a dedicated cyclone chamber that has a working volume of 91.125 cm3 and operating air pressure of 5 Bars. We ensure your prototypes get durable, high-quality finish that not only enhances their aesthetic appeal but also extends their lifespan.
Welding
Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art welding machines and expertise to deliver professional welding services for building good quality prototypes. We have Arc Welding, which operates at a current range of 50-300 A and a maximum voltage of 80 V. It can accommodate both mild steel and stainless-steel electrodes ensuring versatility and quality. The maximum operating range of MIG Welding is 50 V and 300 A. It is equipped with CO2 gas for superior results. This technology allows us to provide precise, efficient, and high-quality welds for thin metal sheets. Finally, TIG Welding operates at a maximum current of 300 A and voltage of 50 V and uses a 2.5 mm electrode size (Tungsten wire) with Argon Gas. This setup ensures precision and quality, making it ideal for more complex and delicate welding tasks for higher strength.
Conventional Machining
Our facility is equipped with heavy-duty lathe machines to handle a wide range of tasks, including turning, facing, threading, grooving, and knurling with high precision. From prototyping to production, we prioritize quality and efficiency to ensure that your prototypes meet highest quality standards. The maximum available bed size of lathe machines in our facility is 1800 mm and chuck size is 215 mm. Further, our facility houses a vertical and horizontal milling machines that are equipped to handle various operations such as boring, face milling, and side milling with precision. Our NC vertical micro milling machine has a table size of 1250 X 250 mm and it features a 2HP 1440 RPM motor that offers 8-speed operation. Similarly, horizontal milling machine has a bed size of 1000 x 200 mm and it also features a same motor. Additionally, we have a universal dividing head for gear cutting with horizontal milling machine.
