World Environment Day celebrated at Chitkara University, Punjab

We here at Chitkara University always believe in protecting our Mother Earth and its diversity around. The NSS Volunteers of Chitkara University, Punjab took a great initiative and planted saplings at the campus. The students of Club C2S2 planted saplings to contribute their bit to mark this special occasion. Marvellous artistic skills were displayed by the students in the form of Slogans and Posters that made everyone understand the need of the conservation of the environment. The students actively participated in these competitions.
Dr Varinder Singh Kanwar, Vice-Chancellor, Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh along with his following colleagues from Chitkara University, Punjab; Dr. Archana Mantri, Vice-Chancellor; Dr. SC Sharma, Registrar; Brig (Dr) PS Siwach, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Administration; Lt. Col. Rakesh Sharma, Director, Administration; Col. C. Jhamb, Director Administration; Dr. K.K. Mishra, Director, IQAC; Mr. Pawan Kumar, Director, Information Technology; Mr. Harinder Pal Singh, Director, Sports; Mr. Sanjeev Bhardwaj, Project Manager; Mr. Bharat Pandita, Associate Director, Office of Talent Management, planted the saplings along with other dignitaries.
