Students learn that perfect bake from chefs of Ritz Carlton, Hilton Doha

A bakery workshop was organised at Chitkara School of Hospitality to teach our students how to bake perfectly by eminent chefs like Mohd. Sikander and Mohd. Deen, who are specialist in bakery and have been associated with esteemed hotels groups like Ritz Carlton and Hilton Doha, UAE. They were invited by the institute to share their skill and knowledge with the budding bakers of Chitkara School of Hospitality.

The tempting list of baked delights that came straight from the horse’s mouth included English cake, display /show breads, Focaccia, Ciabatta, milk bread, soft rolls, multigrain bread, light and dark rye bread, crackle top cookies and honey oat cookies.

This session gave a golden opportunity to the interested students to clarify the basics and also learn some new recipes of some basic products produced in the bakery.
