Students and Faculty of Chitkara School of Applied Sciences celebrated National Science Day – SBST ’17

Students and Faculty of Chitkara School of Applied Sciences celebrated National Science Day – SBST ’17 at Chitkara University Campus. Every year it is celebrated in the form of Symbiosis between Science & Technology. The celebrations were graced by august presence Dr Madhu Chitkara, Vice-Chancellor, Chitkara University, Punjab. Dr Madhu Chitkara delivered words of wisdom to inspire, motivate and encourage the students.

The students, under the guidance of Faculty Advisor and Event Incharge, organized an array of innovative activities: A series of Quiz- Pie Fi Factor, Keemseeker, Fiziohlic, Group discussions – Royal wrangle, fun with science- Fun games, Creative posters – Posterize on Ancient India contribution to Modern technology & Striking Mathematic Models- Gemetroarts. An “Expert Talk with a live demonstration of Science projects was also given by President Awardee, S. Jaswinder Singh. The events proved out to be a platform where students displayed their many sides through the activities that were lined up for them.

Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Dr Madhu Chitkara honoured the Star and Eminent projects winners under the banner of ISTE. Along with her Dr Archana Mantri, Pro Vice-chancellor Chitkara University Research and Innovation Network (CURIN), felicitated the winners of the event.
