Our pharmacy students win awards at international conference
Our B-Pharmacy, M-Pharmacy students and faculty participated in the fourth Annual International Conference of SPER, Society of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, on Pharmaceutical Innovations for Global Excellence: Ignite, Invent, Implement held in February 2015 at DIT University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
Students presented their research work during the poster session of the conference.
Our student Shrey Bhargava was conferred best undergraduate student award. Another student Priya Rani presented her research work, which was titled ‘Evaluation of Starch-Neusilin UFL2 Conjugates as Novel Tablet Superdisintegrant’ and for this, she received the best poster presentation award during the conference.
Mr. Ravinder Kumar, Ms. Pratima Sayal and Ms. Sonia Dhiman also participated in the conference. Mr. Thakur Gurjeet Singh presented his research work during the oral presentation session and Dr. Inderbir Singh was the technical expert and chaired the evaluation of posters and expert lectures.
There were several feathers added to our cap through this conference and we acknowledge and appreciate the efforts put in and the achievements our students and faculty gathered.
