Siddharth at Indira Gandhi National Model United Nations Conference, New Delhi

Siddharth Sriram , MUN Club Head, C2S2 represented Chitkara University at ‘Indira Gandhi National Model United Nations Conference’, New Delhi, as a member of the prestigious executive board the Vice-Chairperson for the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) committee .

He had a privilege of sharing the same platform and interacting with politicians like Smt Sheila Dikshit, Ex- Chief Minister Delhi and Governor Kerala, Shri Mani Shankar Aiyer, MP Rajya Sabha, Shri Salman Khurshid, Ex -External Affairs Minister of India, and Shri Oscar Fernandes, MP Rajya Sabha.

He also had the privilege of being the part of a panel that visited Smt. Sonia Gandhi, president AICC and MP, at her residence at 10 Janpath and had a discussion with her.

This conference was a lifetime experience with a mix of excellent level of debate, amazing opportunities, tough committees, interesting agendas and interactions with some of the top leaders of the World.
