Shubham Rana, Mechanical Engineering Student of Chitkara University selected as a Lieutenant in the Indian Army.

Yet another moment of pride for us, as one of our students Shubham Rana, B.Tech in mechanical engineering from Chitkara University, has joined the Indian Army as a Lieutenant.
Shubham passed out from the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun, following his selection in the SSB after his B.Tech. After completing tough training, Shubham has been commissioned into the Infantry, The Ultimate, as an officer. He has joined Second Rajput.

Flowing his father’s footsteps, Shubham always wanted to join the Army and had prepared well to get through. Clad smartly in his uniform, on the day of his Passing Out Parade held at IMA, Shubham had pride in his eyes. His father Lt. Col Balwan Singh is posted in Kashmir at the moment.

Chitkara University congratulates Shubham on his scintillating achievement and wishes him the best of everything in his life.
