Rahul Puniani, Student of Mechanical Engineering offered Internship at Germany

Our students are bringing laurels to the University from around the globe and adding to the crowning glory is Rahul Puniani of Chitkara School of ‪‎Mechanical Engineering‬, who is currently pursuing “European Project Semester” in ‪Osnabrück‬ University of ‪Applied Sciences‬, Germany.

He has travelled 15 countries and was invited to attend the “World Business Dialogue 2016” held in Cologne, Germany. It is the largest student run business conference in the world dedicated to networking and future business endeavors.

He was selected as one of the only eight ‘Young People’ from all around the world to work on a specific consultancy project with the biggest electric utility company of Spain, Endesa. Throughout the four-month period, he has been invited twice by the company to Madrid, Spain, which was completely sponsored.

He has been chosen as a “Buddy” to at least six new international students assisting them to immerse in the German environment. And he has been able to learn German from the scratch to the level equal to B1. Soon he will start working on a new project in the field of 3-D printing Technology.

This stint of his is crafting his personality for the global world and we wish him luck for this undertaking.
