A one-day workshop on ‘Understanding Tally.ERP9’ organized by Department of Computer Applications

Computer Society of India (CSI) Student Chapter, under the aegis of Department of Computer Applications, Chitkara University, Punjab, organized one day workshop on “Understanding Tally.ERP9”. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Maninderjit Singh Khanna, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Sciences, Chitkara University, Punjab. It was attended by 47 students from BCA, BCA-MCA(I) and MCA streams.

The workshop was conducted for commerce background students with an aim to empower them with the knowledge of ERP Accounting Module: Tally.ERP9. Students were given hands-on training in the creation of company, ledgers and groups, and posting Voucher entry in Tally.ERP9 so as to create various accounting Reports. Students participated in the workshop enthusiastically.
