NSS volunteers organize blood donation camp

Compassion is the greatest gift one can give to others and our students have it for sure. It was once again reflected when they came forward to give blood to save lives at a blood donation camp.

NSS Wing of Chitkara University with volunteers from Mechanical Engineering & Computer Science & Engineering organized Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Government Medical College and Hospital, Sec 32, Chandigarh.

It was not only boys who came forward to donate blood, even girls volunteered to give blood. India has a massive shortage of blood that can save several lives. This shortage can be fulfilled if we decide to donate blood atleast once a year. Kudos to all our students who came forward and show their concern for a cause.
