NSS department organises a visit to Government Elementary School, Ramnagar on the World Water Day

NSS department, Chitkara University, organized a visit to Government Elementary School, Ramanagar, an adopted village under the shade of Chitkara University on the eve of World Water Day. It was put in the order with the aim of spreading awareness amongst the students of the school about the essence of water in our lives.They were advocated about the necessity to use water in a sustainable way to meet the necessitate in regards to the future. The visit included interaction with the students and encouraging them to take an active part in the discussion. They came forth, gave speeches and recited poems in accordance with the event. Mr. K Sharma, head of the school presented the NSS department with a sincere vote of thanks to for coming over and sensitizing the students.

The torchbearers of NSS department passed on their lamps of knowledge to the students by adding allures to the occasion.
