Newzstreet TV’s editor-in-chief tells the nuances of journalism to budding journalists

Budding journalists at Chitkara School of Mass Communication had a chance of interacting with Mr. Alok Verma, Editor-in-Chief, Newzstreet TV, at the campus.

Mr Verma told the students about the industry standards and the expectations from new entrants into the media world. The guest has also worked with Aaj-Tak and Zee News apart from print media and shared his experience with the students.

Students got a chance to interact with him and become aware of the challenges that make the inspiring journalists industry ready.

His dynamic persona, intelligence and skills in the media industry did personify the persistent efforts and hard work behind the same. He had a very persuasive way of letting everybody go through his own walk in this industry. Not only did he tell everybody to be hardworking but also be well equipped with the rapidly changing media trends and the knowhow of technology.

Mr Verma told the students about the changing facets of the media and how to accept the changes and how to get adapted to them.
