Mechanical students learn a great deal of finer nuances during workshop

Engineering is all about creating with perfection and precision and this is exactly what students at Chitkara University are taught. Students at Chitkara School of Mechanical Engineering organsied a Workshop for mechanical students of Batch 2013.

The students learnt a lot at the workshop as they were taught the various nuances of mechanical engineering. The students were busy getting trained on cutting and filing of metal; its welding, grinding and painting. Carpentry work was also done and they were given an exposure in Foundry shop. They were also given a demonstration on foundry furnace. All this led to our budding engineers learn a great deal from their faculty.

The students made full use of the lab facilities provided by Chitkara University during the workshop. Overall, the workshop was an enriching experience for the students.
