MBA (FMP) students get placed with MCX-SX, India’s first modern exchange, Mumbai
The students of MBA (FMP) have expressed their gratitude to Chitkara Business School and FTKMC for bringing their career to a new high with over 50 per cent of the first passing out batch of MBA (FMP) in 2013, getting placed within MCX-SX, India’s first modern exchange, at the end of program.
A recent meeting was held at Mumbai where Dr. Bandi Ram Prasad, President, FTKMC, Dr. Jinesh Panchali, Vice-President, FTKMC, Mr. Ketul Contractor, Assistant Vice-President, FTKMC, and the entire team with Mr. Mohit Chitkara, Vice-President of Chitkara University and Dean of Chitkara Business School, were present.
MBA in Financial Markets is a unique course offered by Chitkara Business School in academic partnership with FTKMC, Mumbai (FT Group), a well-known name in the field of Financial Markets at global level. Batch completed its first year of studies with Chitkara Business School at campus and in the beginning of their second year, they joined FTKMC, Mumbai, to learn the nuances of Financial Markets through live projects, real case situations, class room studies, simulation etc.
This exposure made them capable of grabbing 15 job positions in India’s New and Modern Exchange MCX-SX at Mumbai and Delhi offices.
Other companies that offered placements to batch of FMP were Greenback Forex, Aditya Birla, Angel Broking, India Infoline, Axis Bank, IDFC etc.
