International students get a glimpse of India’s wildlife
It’s no cat in the bag that India is the land of diversity and richness, which lies not only in its culture and tradition but also in its flora and fauna.
Keeping this thing in mind, a trip to Chhat Bir Zoological Park was organized for the International students from Bhutan by the Chitkara School of Languages (CSL), to provide them with a glimpse of wild life of India. After all, nothing else can reinforce the theoretical content better than the practical application of the same.
The students, who are undergoing a course titled “Spectacular India” by CSL, spent the day learning about the wild species, which are found in India at the same time enjoying their day out by clicking pictures at various spots in the zoo. This ‘learning with fun’ experience was thoroughly enjoyed by the students, who covered one of the units in their course related to wild life in India via observing the animals in reality. They expressed that they would love to be part of such trips in future and found this methodology an effective way of learning.
