Independence Day starts on a noble note at Chitkara University

The Independence Day started with a righteous expression at Chitkara University as staff and students of the University infused life into the Chitkara campus by initiating a tree-plantation drive. The drive was carried out to mark the celebrations of Independence Day.

Students expressed a keen interest in planting trees and there were several areas marked at the campus where saplings, which are important for the environment, were planted. It was indeed a great sight to see today’s generation taking part in nurturing a better tomorrow and the faculty and staff helped the students in giving their best to mother earth.
