Hostel committee organize sketching competition

It was immense imagination witnessed at the sketching competition organized for the students at Chitkara University.

“Every now and then one sketches a picture that seems to have opened a door and serves as a stepping stone to other things.” Pablo Picasso. The sketching competition was organised by the Hostel Committee. Somebody sketched a happy carnival while there was someone else who made a sketch of a serving mother. The competition was attended by about 345 students and went off extremely well.

Every sketch was a treat to the eyes and every student was absorbed in expressing themselves on paper. The students expressed from whatever was within their mind and imagination. The first position was bagged by Lovedeep Singh while Sharad Dabra was the runners up.
