Hospitality students get insight on F&B during guest lecture at CSH

Hospitality students from Chitkara School of Hospitality were given various details on F&B during a guest lecture by Ms. Jasleen Kaur, F&B Executive – Park Plaza, Chandigarh.

Ms. Jasleen Kaur delivered a lecture on “BAR OPERATIONS” to the students of fourth and sixth Semester H&HA. She shared various practical aspects of operating the bar in an interactive session.

The guest briefed the students on various beverages; the equipments used in the bar and covered other important topics such as bar control. She also instructed the students regarding preparation for the campus placements and acquainted them with the bright career prospects in the Hospitality industry.

The students derived immensely from the lecture as F&B is a significant part of the hospitality industry.
