Hospitality students express Thai hospitality at theme lunch

It for time for some Thai hospitality as sixth semester of BSc H&HA practice batch-B organized a “Thai Theme Lunch”.

The entire restaurant decor and the food had an authentic Thai influence. All students were dressed well for welcoming the guests in traditional Thai style. The restaurant lighting and music added a lot of charm and glitter and was appreciated by the guests.

The menu was well designed with a lot of variety starting with a choice of three starters, three salads and the favorite Tom Yam soup. The main course had a choice of five Thai dishes, which were cooked in authentic Thai style by the students. The dessert counter had a variety of four dishes, which were very well displayed and presented.

All the guests relished the food and appreciated the untiring efforts of our students. This initiative was one among the various efforts Chitkara School of Hospitality makes to give its students the best possible exposure to hospitality.
