Hospitality students addressed by Duty Manager from The Leela Hotel and Residences

Chitkara School of Hospitality invited Mr Aditya Gupta, Duty Manager, The Leela Hotel and Residences, Gurgaon, for an interactive session with the students regarding latest front office operations followed in five Star Hotels.

In his lecture Mr Gupta shared his experiences and thorough details of the front office operational procedures followed in five star hotels. In addition to this, he also shared various forms and formats that are necessary for daily operations, with the students. The enthusiasm of the students increased manifolds when he discussed property management system opera and its operational modules one by one in his presentation and he also explained the functionality and the details of each and every module. He ensured that the students asked him questions from every slide of his presentation and he also ensured that every single one of them was given an answer to his or her question. The guest lecture got an overwhelming response from the students, who also displayed full enthusiasm in attending this knowledge sharing session.
