Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor shares thoughts on ‘Higher Education in Changing Times’

Hon’ble Pro-Chancellor Dr. Madhu Chitkara shared her insights with eminent educationists in a panel discussion on ‘Higher Education in Changing Times – Importance Of Training The Trailblazer’ at the World Education & Edtech Conclave & Awards 2023 held at Pride Plaza Hotel, New Delhi.

She stated that change is the only constant and the big challenge is now the world is changing at an unprecedented pace. To keep in sync with the changes, higher education is also changing at a rapid rate. Trailblazers on this new roadmap will enjoy the advantage of being the first to hit the ground running and thus at an advantage of being the torch bearer for leading the change.

She corroborated her statement in the Indian context that the young demographic dividend has to be utilised to gain immense benefits and India can be a success story for the rest of the world to emulate. And highlighted that Metaversity and ChatGPT is the future and a competitor to Google.
