Harshdeep Singh commissioned in the Regiment of Artillery as an officer
Nothing is as chivalrous and as proud as being a part of the Indian Armed forces by donning a uniform. Our student Harshdeep Singh has held our head high as he donned the Olive Greens and wore two stars on each shoulder after the President of India approved his commission as an officer of the Indian Army.
Harshdeep was selected to join the Army while he pursued his B-Tech in Electronics and Telecommunication while at Chitkara University. He belongs to Moga and had secured fifth place in the merit list of Service Selection Board, SSB. He has been commissioned into the Regiment of Artillery as a lieutenant. He always had a dream to join the forces and we are glad that his will to explore his potential has paid off.
The entire Chitkara fraternity is proud of Harshdeep and wishes him luck to take the traditions of Indian Armed Forces of fighting with will and courage ahead.
