Guiding students to brighter future, CCE organises expert talks
Chitkara University is meticulously working towards providing quality knowledge to their students and to do that, expert lectures are organised on a regular basis. Various experts from the IT Industry, experiences academicians from reputed Universities, trainers, and entrepreneurs etc. are invited to visit the campus, and share their insights, knowledge and personal experiences. Experience of these experts helps the students to think beyond the classroom and also helps them to learn new things.
An Expert talk was organized to expand the knowledge of students by Chitkara College of Education, on “Women’s Day and Conservation Day” in Collaboration with the Punjab State Council for Science and Technology (PSCST), Chandigarh under the modules Ed-Mentor and Ed-Social on November 34, 2018. The thought-provoking sessions were delivered by Ms. Harjinder Kaur, Chairperson of the Chandigarh Commission for Protection of Child Rights (CCPCR) and Dr. Paramjit Singh, Principal Director, Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (RCED).
Ms. Harjinder Kaur shared her views on women empowerment and how a woman plays a significant role in binding her family by inculcating good values among her family members and society. Dr. Paramjit Singh emphasised the judicious utilisation of available resources rather than just saving them.
