Our fourth semester hospitality students bag second spot in Chef Olympics held at Ludhiana

Our fourth semester hospitality students participated in culinary competition at Chef Olympics – 2015 organized by PCET – IHM, Ludhiana, and were awarded the second prize amongst the other 12 teams that participated in the event.

PCTE Institute of Hotel Management organized Hospitality Olympics 2015 at campus. The event consisted of various competitions like Bakery/Chef Competition, Mocktail Making Competition, Bed Making Competition and Napkin Folding Competition.

The mega event proved as a platform to showcase the diverse skills in hospitality sector for students and saw massive participation. Such events are a way to showcase the insights of hospitality industry and generate student interest in one of the fastest growing industry in world. Our students gave a touch competition to all other teams with their expertise and skills that they have derived at the University.

Every one at the University congratulated the team for the efforts put in by the students. Such events definitely help the students in exploring the art of hospitality.
