Faculty goes down the memory lane with Dr Ashok Chitkara

It was a day when the faculty at Chitkara University went back in time and saw how Chitkara University has evolved as one of the best-known educational hubs of the region. Dr Ashok Chitkara, the force behind Chitkara University, interacted with the faculty and spoke about the vision, mission and goals to be achieved by 2015.

Dr Chitkara gave a motivational talk to the faculty members, along with a presentation, that talked volumes about the evolution of the University.

He also told the faculty members about different languages, how to interact with the students, how to make the teaching-learning process better and how to make the entire pedagogy process more yielding.

The theme of the interaction was ‘How to work as a team’. Dr Chitkara delved upon the various aspects of teamwork and how can this element ensure success.

There were tests for the faculty members and several questions were asked from them in order to make the interaction more interactive by ensuring faculty participation.

Overall, it was a rewarding experience as Dr Chitkara’s experience as a teacher and a mentor proved to be useful for the faculty members present.
