Excellent participation seen in MUN held at Chitkara University

When we say that explore your potential with us, we mean it. We give every possible chance for doing so and Model United Nations held at Chitkara University was just one of the opportunities.

Fourth session of Chitkara University Model United Nations took place where sheer enthusiasm and intellect were witnessed. The conference was held on October 11-12, 2013, at Chitkara University, Punjab.

We saw an excellent participation not only from our students, but students from PEC, Amity, IIT Kharagpur, ISM Dhanbad, UPES Dehradun, Delhi University, JNU, MMU, PU, and many more prestigious Institutions were a part of the event. The conference proved to be a significant platform for students to expand their horizons and give them a better understanding of the functioning of the United Nations.

This conference brought together the most experienced people from Indian Model United Nations circuit. The four committees simulated were – United Nations General Assembly, United Nations Security Council, United Nations Human Rights Council and Historic All India Party Meet-1984.

It indeed was an unforgettable conference in every sense of the word.
