ECE student wins prize in PCB design competition
Our second year ECE student, Nilesh Khanna, has won a prize in PCB design competition organized by RS Components.
Nilesh won this prize out of a total 145 teams, which had participated in this competition. While the winners are research scholars or established industry persons or retired scientist, he is the only student, along with another team of students, in the consolation prizes list.
He has been invited to get this prize during an event to be conducted in Bengaluru on September 24.
A printed circuit board just does not connect electrical components using etched copper pathways but it also provides mechanical strength to it. Printed circuit boards, or more appropriately, printed wiring boards are found in almost all of the commercial products as a packaging medium as building blocks.
