Dr. Navreet Kaur, Associate Professor and Anmol Sandhu, PhD Scholar of CBS present research papers at ICTBM, Dubai

Chitkara University is well known for its focus on research and innovation. Taking this trend ahead, Dr. Navreet Kaur, Associate Professor and Ms. Anmol Sandhu, Ph.D Scholar, Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University presented research papers at ICTBM, Dubai, which was held between 10-12 April 2017. Dr. Navreet presented a Research Paper entitled “The Narcissistic Personality: perspectives in Organisational Behaviour” and Ms. Anmol Sandhu presented Research Paper on “Generational Differences in Job Involvement: A Review”.

The conference was jointly organised by International Forum of Management Scholars and CFD and supported by AIMS International. The main themes of ICTBM-17 included Technology, Business Management, Fashion Design, and Fashion Business Management.

It was a stimulating environment for much intellectual exchange and sharing of fresh new perspectives on various global trends. There were researchers and scholars from all across the globe and various papers were presented on different themes.

It was a moment of glory and pride for the Chitkara University’s Professor and the Research Scholar to participate in the prestigious event.They have brought back many laurels to the University and fame.
