Dr Madhu Chitkara honoured on Women’s Day

This is indeed a moment of pride for the entire Chitkara fraternity as revered Dr. Madhu Chitkara, Pro-Chancellor, Chitkara University, has been honoured as one of ‘India’s Most Inspiring Women Engineers & Scientists’ on International Women’s Day. And, this is exactly where we get our inspiration from.

It was an initiative of ‘Engineering Watch Women’ to celebrate the spirit of women who have done exemplary work in the field of education, science and technology, both from the point of view of pure science and its application to societal development.

We want to mention here that Dr Madhu Chitkara is the face of education in the region with an array of achievements to her credit. Every now and then, she inspires us to be more every day. She has not only been acknowledged for her commitment towards education and dedication at the national level but has been acclaimed internationally too.

We congratulate Dr Madhu Chitkara for this feat and would again like to tell her that, “Ma’am you are a guiding light for us and will keep motivating us.”
