Dr Inderbir Singh, Professor & HOD Pharmaceutics of CCP visited as a researcher and drug delivery expert at WITS University, Johannesburg

Carrying on with the legacy of excelling in research and to explore international research collaborations, Dr. Inderbir Singh, Professor & HOD (Pharmaceutics), Chitkara College of Pharmacy, Chitkara University, Punjab, visited WITS Advanced Drug Delivery Platform (WADDP) and Department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa as a Researcher and Drug Delivery Expert.

He delivered Expert Lectures on “Quality by Design (QbD) in Pharmaceutical Product Development” to Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Doctoral and Postdoctoral students and WADDP research team. He also held an interactive session with the students and faculty of Wits University. An “Overview of Curriculum and Recent Trends with Respect to Clinical Pharmacy Practice and Therapy in India” was discussed with the staff of WITS University.

He also participated in various workshops on 3D printing technology and advanced electrospun nanofiber technology. The travel was supported under NRF SARChl research grant.
