Dr Archana Mantri invited to Hyderabad to conduct IUCEE – IGIP- Microsoft workshop

Dr Archana Mantri, Pro VC CURIN, Chitkara University, was invited to conduct IUCEE – IGIP – Microsoft pre-certification workshop at an Engineering College in Hyderabad. This workshop is a gateway for engineering educators to enroll for six months certification program. By going through the certification program, engineering educators are facilitated through various technical teaching – learning processes.

Dr Mantri is on the panel of IUCEE resource persons and has conducted numerous workshops in past. She teaches ‘Collaborative Learning’ module in the online certification program too. Four faculty members from Chitkara University have also been certified by this program.

IUCEE (Indo Universal Collaboration for Engineering Education), founded in 2007, has been offering a wide range of faculty development programs over the past several years with the help of over 200 US academic and industry experts. IUCEE focuses its work with a consortium of over 70 colleges and universities. It is indeed a matter of pride that Dr Mantri was invited to host the workshop.

The IUCEE International Engineering Educator Certification Program brings together the expertise of two highly reputed engineering faculty training organizations – IUCEE & IGIP. Both these organizations have been involved in training engineering faculty for several years with extraordinary success. This collaboration brings to India the rich academic traditions and the best of teaching-learning experience of engineering education and educators in the world.

Dr Mantri carried out the event successfully and gained great exposure as she interacted with the finest people in the field.
