It was ‘Destiny Egypto’ for Chitkara hospitality students

The entire scenario reminded everyone of Egypt, the pyramids, food, decoration et al, as students of hospitality organised a Egyptian themed event where food from the Egyptian cuisine was served.

The students had decorated the venue in reds, whites, blues, hues of yellow and brown, all encompassing the spirit of Egypt. The entrance clearly indicated the theme of the event.

The salad decoration spoke volumes about the efforts put in by Chitkara School of Hospitality.

The students, staff and the faculty of Chitkara School of Hospitality found the event to be an enriching and a learning experience. The students thanked the staff and the faculty for helping them organize the Egyptian theme.

It was not only the food but the entire ambience that talked about Egypt. Knowing Indian cuisine is not ample for students who wish to become a part of the hospitality industry, the aim of the themed event was to make the students aware about global cuisine and culture.
