Department of Nursing recognized for Nursing Education & Training Excellence
The Department of Nursing, Chitkara School of Health Sciences has been recognized for its exceptional performance in Nursing Education & Training Excellence in Northern India at the prestigious ICC National Nursing Summit held in Kochi, Kerala. The Indian Chamber of Commerce (IIC) in partnership with the Indian Nursing Council, Association of Healthcare Providers (India), and Committed to Safer Healthcare awarded the department at the event, which was graced by the presence of the Hon’ble Minister for Health & Family Welfare, Veena George, as the chief guest.
Dr. Harmeet Kaur, The Principal of Chitkara School of Health Sciences, was presented with the award by Dr. T. Dileep Kumar, President of INC, and Dr. Prashant Sharma, Healthcare Initiatives. This recognition is a testament to the outstanding faculty and comprehensive academic curriculum that has been honed by the department to provide its students with a strong grasp of fundamentals and technical skills, equipping them with the tools they need to succeed in the field of nursing.
