Delegates from Andhra Pradesh for Youth Exchange Programme under Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat Programme

NSS department, Chitkara University had the great honour to host the contingent of 43 delegates from Andhra Pradesh for Youth Exchange Programme under Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat Programme.
The contingent was headed by Shri U. Srinivasa Rao, Manager of the Department of Youth Services, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Shri T.Rajesh, IT department, in charge of programmes and schemes, Mrs.Prasanna Lakshmi, finance department of Youth Services and coaches-P.Muralidhar and G. Sri Lakshmi Karuna. The event started with the contingent arriving at Chitkara University campus Punjab on 10th of March.
The contingent witnessed site viewing to Rose Garden, Rock Garden, Sukhana lake and Elante mall on 11th March.The team along with the torchbearers was presented a token of gratitude by Col. Rakesh Sharma, Associate Director University Affairs and Ms Neelam Verma, Programme Coordinator, NSS on behalf of Chitkara University, Punjab. After finishing the course at the University the team went on to carry out various matches at different cities in Punjab.
The event ended with NSS volunteers of Chitkara University and a contingent from Andhra Pradesh sharing the lamps of knowledge amongst themselves on this auspicious occasion.
