Deeksha, Niharika present papers at ICTBM 2015, Dubai

Deeksha Guglani and Niharika, MBA students from Chitkara Business School, presented research papers at ICTBM 2015 – International Conference at American University of Emirates, Dubai. The conference was organised in association with AIMS.

Both students presented papers on Employee Engagement models and Investment behaviour in the conference. As many as 50 Faculty members from different parts of the world presented their researches in the conference.

These MBA students represented Chitkara University and received huge applause for their quality efforts.

The International Conference on Technology and Business Management, organized by the American University took place from 23rd March to the 25th March 2015 at The American University in the Emirates in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The conference covered areas like opportunities for networking and collaboration amongst scholars from academia, industry and government. There were many who put across their work and thoughts through this platform and we are proud to state that at such a tender age, two of our students carved a niche for themselves among some of the best.
