CSI Student Chapter of Computer Applications bags Three Awards at the CSI Annual Convention 2020

Adding another feather to its cap, the CSI Student Chapter of the Department of Computer Applications, Chitkara University, Punjab, bagged three awards during the National Level Computer Society of India (CSI) Annual Convention 2020 held at Bhubaneshwar, Odisha from January 16-18, 2020.

The prestigious awards won by us are – ‘Best Accredited CSI Student Branch’ to Chitkara University, Punjab; ‘Longest Continuous SBC’ awarded to MrJaswinder Singh, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Applications; ‘Highest Committed Student Branch Activist’ awarded to Deepak Mittal, a 6th Semester student of BCA. MrJaswinder Singh was present at the Annual Convention to receive the awards.

The awards were presented by Mr. Mike Hinchy, President, International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) and Mr. V. K. Vyas, Vice President, CSI.
