CSH students to meet Chef Vikas Khanna

Students of Chitkara School of Hospitality will have a chance to interact with Chef Vikas Khanna of Masterchef fame. Chef Vikas has worked in the United State of America and helped select the finest cooks at the Masterchef series. He has to his credit a book ‘Hymns from the soil’ that talks about modern Indian cuisine- a global perspective and this is exactly what the chef will talk to CSH students while his interaction with them.

Chitkara University has always believed to provide to its students nothing but the best and arranging an interaction for them with Chef Vikas is a significant example of this.

The University looks forward to this interaction and hopes that it will help in the students knowing all about what Indian food is all about.
